Responsibilities:
Manage all NCC Automated Systems materials:
raw, finished, WIP, and non-conforming.
Support planning tasks and schedules.
Oversee organization of materials, storage systems, and plant storage solutions.
Conduct daily cycle counts and lead annual inventory checks.
Implement lean methodologies to enhance inventory accuracy.
Collaborate with Supply Chain and Planning to maintain optimal inventory levels.
Monitor stock via SAP.
Support planning by ensuring efficient inventory storage and availability.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams for optimal daily operations and resource allocation.
Facilitate work scheduling, order processing, and ERP inventory updates.
Ensure proper labeling and identification of all materials.
Address inventory discrepancies and analyze data for continuous improvement.
Monitor inventory to meet production and distribution needs, and liaise with customer service and sales regarding updates.
Adhere to cost parameters set by Senior Leadership and promote efficient use of materials.
Continuously seek ways to enhance material management processes.
Engage in ABM activities, including 5S, Kaizen, weekly CIP meetings, and more.
Collaborate to refine processes and workspaces.
Offer constructive feedback for ongoing improvements.
Perform other relevant tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
Associate's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations, Management, or equivalent experience.
Lean or Six Sigma Certification is a plus.
Minimum of 4 years in manufacturing.
2 years in shipping/receiving and ERP systems (preferably SAP with PP and MM modules).
3 years in inventory management.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Outlook, Word).
Strong data analysis skills.
Collaborative team player with the ability to work independently.
Flexibility to adjust work hours as needed.
Detail-oriented with sound judgment.
Uphold confidentiality and demonstrate professionalism.
