Home Reviewer

This is a part time, 1099 position.
Work will be completed on weekends, during appointment windows (often, but not limited to 4 hours).
Job duties include:
Completing appointments and taking photos (approximately 3-5 photos per home) of mechanical room.
(Reviews take on average 5 to 10 minutes to complete) Driving to occupied homes and conducting quality reviews on the day it is scheduled.
Entering review results online using your own tablet while on the job site.
Training will be provided on how to enter a Quality Review Report in the report database.
Analysts are not required to go on roofs.
No tools or ladders are used in the review.
Preferred background
Experience:
Residential construction experience.
Home Inspector/General Contractor/Superintendent/Project Manager Home Renovation or Remodeling Familiar with warranty walk through with homeowners Ideal candidates will be:
Detail oriented - able to be thorough and consistent.
Reliable - work must be completed on the day it is scheduled.
Principled - able to work unsupervised and follow instructions.
Able to connect to the internet via Wi-Fi.
Have experience working with a mobile device and familiar with how to solve minor technical issues that could occur while out in the field.
Have a valid Driver's License and be able to use their personal vehicle to drive to sites.
(Drive time is not compensated).
Management will group work orders whenever possible minimizing drive time between stops.
Required equipment:

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
