Moyer Indoor Outdoor Pool Divisional Manager
Moyer Indoor Outdoor has a FANTASTIC opportunity for a dynamic individual to come lead the POOL AND SPA Division! We are looking for an experienced manager who can sustain and grow our Pool Service Division.
We are are SERVICE ONLY Pool company and the division of one of SIX home services Moyer Indoor Outdoor provides.
Basic Responsibilities that the Moyer Pool and Spa Manager will perform:
Oversee all aspects of the Pool Division-Staffing/Purchasing/Customer Service Understand the financial P&L statements and report monthly on progress to budget Be the escalation point for customer issues Work with Marketing to develop new material and promote business in new targeted areas of growth Partner with Moyer's other divisions to bundle services for customers Lead the sales efforts for custom pool covers Promote safety in all areas of the division
Qualifications:
Understanding of the Pool Service business At least 3 years management Understanding of financial documents and budgeting Outstanding customer service mindset Valid Driver's license and satisfactory driving record This position is considered safety sensitive.
Position is salary plus participation in our bonus program.
