Responsibilities:
Performs general cleaning of the dish machine and surrounding areas.
This includes routinely cleaning all dishes, utensils, pots, pans and food preparation equipmentResponsible for the overall cleanliness and organization of the kitchenEvery other weekend and every other holiday hours required
