Director of Digital Sales and Service

Responsibilities Lead the execution of digital sales and service efforts in sales and service, product evaluations Create technology and delivery strategies with an emphasis on digital capabilities to our customers Regularly report on activities and progress for digital sales and service for executives and Board Oversee and direct the digitalsupport staff and function for Univest's customer base Establish standards for digital and e-commerce delivery for the organization through research and metrics evaluation Ensure alignment of digital marketing channel strategies with digital delivery tactics and corporate objectives Participate on the Digital Working Board to continually research and identify opportunities to enhance the digital delivery for Univest's customers. Refine the user research and development effort that engages our audiences with customer service and monitors interactions and effectiveness of digital solutions Support digital marketing efforts to increase effectiveness of campaigns Strengthen analytics approach to drive optimization of digital delivery Develop an innovation funnel for digital ideas from other lines of business and from market behaviors Champion test-and- learn opportunities of communication vehicles to find leverage points for scale and impact Collaborate with Univest's Business Optimization and Analytics team to identify opportunities for improved insights provided by AI and other machine learning tools Analyzes progress against long term vision and implements changes to strategy as needed Implements a best practice ROI model for digital and e-commerce efforts Act as digital thought-leader and educate the marketing and internal teams on the power of best practices and emerging opportunities Champion timely and new solutions for reaching consumers and partner with IT to effectively make these solutions become realities Responsible for compliance with laws and regulations that apply to the position, including the Univest Code of Conduct Perform additional duties as required Qualifications Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently Able to build strong interpersonal relationships with peers, sales leaders, and other senior management Able to be a "big picture", strategic thinker Excellent leadership, team building, verbal and written communication and management skills Able to align multiple strategies and ideas Confident in producing and presenting proposals and data Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Statistics or related technology field 8+ years of experience in financial services 5+ years of experience in digital sales and/or e-commerce, vendor management, I.T. collaboration, and business analysis 4002

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
